Oleksandr is the founder and chief executive of NextSora Global, a premier engineering firm delivering high-performance digital products to clients across North America and Europe.

With over 12 years of experience spanning enterprise software, mobile platforms, and cloud architecture, he built NextSora from a solo consultancy into a globally recognized studio trusted by Fortune 500 companies and venture-backed startups alike.

Before founding NextSora, Oleksandr served as Engineering Director at a Warsaw-based SaaS company, where he led a 40-person team that scaled their platform to over 3 million users.

Full Biography

Oleksandr grew up in Kharkiv, Ukraine, where he first discovered programming at age 12 on a borrowed Pentium II machine. By 16 he was already freelancing for small businesses across Eastern Europe. His relentless curiosity led him to pursue a degree in Computer Science at Kharkiv National University, graduating with honors in 2010.

After university, Oleksandr joined a fintech startup in Kyiv as a backend engineer and quickly rose through the ranks. Within two years, he was leading the architecture of a payment gateway processing over $200M in annual transactions.

In 2016, he relocated to Warsaw, joining one of Central Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies as Engineering Director. There he built and mentored cross-functional teams across Ukraine, Poland, and Portugal — gaining the management philosophy that would later define NextSora's culture: high standards, full ownership, zero compromise on craft.

He founded NextSora Global LLC in 2019 with a simple thesis: that a small, elite engineering team operating at Silicon Valley standards could outcompete any large-scale agency. That thesis has been validated across 80+ successfully shipped digital products, from AI-powered consumer apps to enterprise platforms used by Fortune 500 companies.

Oleksandr was named to the Forbes Ukraine 30 Under 35 in Tech list in 2021 and is a regular speaker at Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt, and the Warsaw startup ecosystem.

He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Kharkiv National University and an Executive MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics.
