Oleksandr started NextSora as a one-person freelance operation and grew it into a small studio over several years. He handles client relationships, project scoping, and the overall direction of where the company is heading.
He spent a few years working as a web developer before gradually shifting toward managing projects and dealing directly with clients. He registered NextSora as a company in 2019 once the workload justified it.
He’s not a serial entrepreneur or a VC-backed founder — just someone who liked building digital products and eventually built a small team around it.
Oleksandr's path was fairly typical for a small studio founder. He started from freelance website work, then gradually moved to larger projects and started collaborating with a few trusted developers and designers.
Most of his early work was practical client stuff: landing pages, WordPress builds, simple web apps, support and fixes. Not glamorous, but it gave him strong project management habits and a realistic view of what clients actually need.
Over time he shifted from writing most of the code himself to coordinating delivery and communication. Today his role is mostly about project planning, priorities, budgets, and keeping work predictable for clients.
He still reviews key product decisions and stays involved in technical discussions, but his main focus is helping the team ship consistently and keeping relationships with clients healthy long-term.
